• Membership is purchased by a parent or guardian, who is responsible for supervising the child’s use of the platform.

• Access is granted through a secure login and is for the registered child’s use only.

2. Free Trials and Subscriptions

• We may offer a free trial for new members at various times. After the trial, subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected at checkout.

• You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting us at admin@digitalwizards.org.uk. 

3. Payment & Refund Policy

• All payments are processed securely.

• We offer a 7 day money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription if you’re not satisfied.

• No refunds are given for partial months or unused access once the refund period has passed.

4. User Conduct

• Children are expected to behave respectfully in all parts of the Member Zone, including forums or live sessions.

• Bullying, inappropriate language, or uploading harmful content will result in account suspension or termination.

• Parents/guardians are expected to guide their child’s use of the platform and monitor their engagement.

5. Content Ownership & Usage

• All course materials, videos, designs, and downloads remain the intellectual property of Digital Wizards.

• You may not share, copy, resell, or redistribute any content outside of your household.

• Downloadable resources are for personal, non-commercial use only.

6. Child Safety & Privacy

• We take child safety and data protection seriously. We do not collect more personal information than necessary.

• Please refer to our Privacy Policy for how we store and use your and your child’s data.

• No personal data is shared with third parties.

7. Technology Requirements

• You are responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection and suitable device to access the content.

• Some activities may require simple software installations or online tools, which will be clearly explained. 

8. Changes to the Member Zone

• We reserve the right to update or modify content, features, or these terms at any time.

• We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform.

9. Termination of Access

• Failure to comply with these terms may result in suspension or permanent removal from the Member Zone.

• If your subscription expires or is cancelled, access to the Member Zone will end at the close of the paid period.
