From Parents/Guardians:

– Payment details (securely handled and encrypted by third-party processors)
– Your child’s first name (optional) or username

From Children (through use of the platform):
– Basic usage data (e.g. which lessons they’ve completed)
– Feedback or answers submitted during activities
– No personal contact details are collected directly from children

We do not collect unnecessary personal data, and we do not allow messaging between users on the platform. If we undertake activities, such as live sessions, we will request permission from parents before they run.

How We Use This Information

We use your data to:
– Set up your account and manage access
– Send you helpful emails and updates about your subscription
– Improve our lessons and user experience
– Keep our platform safe and secure

We never sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.

Payments

All payments are processed securely via Stripe – we never store your full card details.

Children’s Privacy

We are committed to child safety. Our platform is built to be used under parent supervision. Children do not need to enter personal details to access lessons.

We comply with UK GDPR and the Children’s Code (Age Appropriate Design Code).

Who Has Access to Your Data
